§ 7 Integration of Google Maps
(1) We use the “Google Maps” component of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google“, on our Websites. Google Maps is a webservice that displays interactive geographical maps and geographical informations.
(2) By using this Webservice our location will be displayed to you and a possible journey to us will be simplified. Google sets a cookie in order to process the user configuration and data when the page with the integrated “Google Maps” component is displayed. This happens whether you use a Google account or not. If you are logged in at Google your data is directly connected to your account. If you disagree with the connection to your account you have to log off from Google before you activate Google Maps on our Website. As a general rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but rather expires after a certain time, as long as it is not previously manually deleted by you. Google LLC based in the United States is certificated for the EU-US data protection agreement „Privacy Shield“, which garantees the EU data protection standard. If you do not agree with this processing of your data, you may choose to deactivate the “Google Maps” service and thereby prevent the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser.
